Stephen
Swinton’s practice primarily focuses on biotechnology,
including patent prosecution, intellectual property counseling, and the
provision of expert opinions to large and small companies and
universities engaged in biotechnology research and commercialization.
Prior
to joining Hoffman Warnick LLC, Mr. Swinton served as Supervisor of DNA
Services with the New York State Police where he directed the
laboratory’s analysis of evidence from the World Trade Center attack and served as
a member of The National Institute of Justice’s World Trade
Center Kinship and Data Analysis Panel (KADAP).
