Paul
Rapp’s practice focuses on Intellectual Property Litigation
in the areas of trademark, copyright, art and entertainment, computer,
Internet and media law. Mr. Rapp represents a wide
range of clients, including individuals and groups in the art and
entertainment industry, small and mid-sized companies and large
multinational corporations. He has written and spoken extensively on IP
and art and entertainment issues. Mr. Rapp is also an adjunct
professor of copyright and art and entertainment law at Albany Law School.
Mr.
Rapp began his career as an Economist with the New York State Public
Service Commission. After earning his JD from Albany Law School in 1988, he has been
a federal judicial clerk and has practiced environmental, energy,
regulatory, art and entertainment, civil rights and commercial law at
several law firms in the Capital District area. Additionally,
since 1978 he has been a member of the musical group Blotto.
