David C. Goldman
Senior Associate

Dave Goldman has over 10 years experience in on all areas of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution including appeals and foreign applications, and intellectual property counseling to individual inventors and small and midsize companies.  Mr. Goldman also has extensive experience in preparing patent infringement, validity and enforceability opinions.  His particular emphasis is with e-commerce, medical imaging, transportation equipment, consumer products and business methods.

Prior to joining Hoffman Warnick, Mr. Goldman was Patent Counsel with General Electric Global Research in Niskayuna, New York. Previously, he was an Associate Attorney with Hamilton Brook Smith & Reynolds P.C. in Massachusetts, and a Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
