LaBatt’s practice focuses on all areas of intellectual
property law, including patent prosecution, trademark protection and
prosecution, and intellectual property counseling to small and midsize
companies.
As
a former software engineer, Mr. LaBatt’s particular emphasis
is with complex electrical, computer and software inventions.
In addition, Mr. LaBatt has previously taught microcomputing at Hudson Valley Community College
and at Siena College as an Adjunct
Professor.
