Mr. Ruoff is an experienced patent lawyer skilled in patent prosecution and procurement, product clearance and licensing. He is familiar with numerous technologies with particular emphasis in the chemical, material, imaging, display and printing arts.

Prior to joining Hoffman Warnick, Mr. Ruoff served various roles at Eastman Kodak Company including Director of Intellectual Property Transactions where he negotiated and drafted complex patent licenses, development agreements and secrecy agreements. While Senior Patent Counsel at Kodak, Mr. Ruoff was responsible for all patent issue for multiple business units.
