David E. Rook’s practice includes intellectual property litigation and appeals and patent and trademark prosecution and licensing.  

Mr. Rook joined the firm with twelve years of civil litigation and appeals experience in both state and federal courts.  He was admitted to the Patent Bar of the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1997.  He received his training in intellectual property at Albany Law School.

Mr. Rook’s background includes a B.S. degree in biological sciences from the University at Albany and an M.B.A. in financial economics from the University at Buffalo.
