Meghan Quigley Toner Joins Firm

, is proud to announce the appointment of Meghan Quigley Toner as a Senior
Associate.
Ms. Toner’s practice
includes IP litigation, patent
prosecution, trademark protection and prosecution, and intellectual
property counseling to small and midsize companies.
Ms. Toner’s particular emphasis is
with complex mechanical, electrical, computer and software inventions.
As an IP litigator
in NYC and Chicago, Ms. Toner has had significant experience in patent,
copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement, trademark dilution,
and cases involving unfair competition, false and deceptive
advertising, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other complex civil
litigation.
Ms.
Toner received her Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
University of Notre Dame and her Law Degree from University of Notre
Dame Law School, JD. Prior
to returning to the Capital District and joining Hoffman, Warnick
& D’Alessandro, Ms. Toner was an associate at Fish
& Richardson P.C. in New
York City , and prior to that, was an IP litigation
associate at Foley & Lardner LLC in
Chicago
