Swinton Named Member
ALBANY,
NY (May 31, 2007) — Hoffman Warnick LLC (HW), an intellectual
property law firm based in Albany, NY, is proud to announce that
Stephen F. Swinton, Jr. has been named a Member of the firm. Mr. Swinton’s
practice primarily focuses on biotechnology, including patent
prosecution, intellectual property counseling, and the provision of
expert opinions to large and small companies and universities engaged
in biotechnology research and commercialization.
He has been an Associate with the firm since
2004.
Mr.
Swinton received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Siena College , a
Master’s degree in Biological Anthropology from the
University at Albany,
and his Law degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Prior to practicing law,
Mr. Swinton served as Supervisor of DNA Services with the New York
State Police. |
