"Senior Associate"

ALBANY, NY (April 23, 2007)(1:00 p.m.)(EST) - Hoffman, Warnick & D'Alessandro LLC (HWD), an intellectual property law firm based in Albany, NY, is proud to announce the promotion of Stephen F. Swinton, Jr. and Hunter E. Webb to Senior Associates.

Mr. Swinton joined our firm in 2003 as a Part-Time Patent Agent, becoming a full-time Associate in 2004.  His primary focus is on biotechnology, including patent prosecution, intellectual property counseling, and the provision of expert opinions to large and small companies and universities engaged in biotechnology research and commercialization. 

Mr. Webb joined our firm in 2004.  His primary focuses are on patent prosecution and protection, and intellectual property counseling to small and midsize companies.  Mr. Webb's particular emphasis is with complex electrical, computer and software inventions.
