NYIPLA Awards jayme m. torelli first place in william c. conner intellectual property law competition

ALBANY , NY (April 18, 2007)(1:00 p.m.)(EST) — Hoffman, Warnick & D'Alessandro LLC (HWD), an intellectual property law firm based in Albany , NY , is proud to announce that The New York Intellectual Patent Law Association (NYIPLA) awarded Jayme M. Torelli First Place in “The Honorable William C. Conner Intellectual Property Law Writing Competition.”   Ms. Torelli wrote the winning paper entitled “Here Comes the Bride … And There Goes the Copyright.”

Ms. Torelli is currently a Law Clerk with our firm while attending Albany Law School of Union University and a J.D. 2007 Candidate.  She is Managing Editor for Lead Articles, Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology and a member of Albany Law School , Intellectual Property Society.
